The Common Sense Party Manifesto.
Discussion
For some time I have thought there is a need for a new political party in this country, one that has the conviction to carry out its manifesto, one that is focused on a common sense approach to managing the economy, public spending, healthcare, defence and law and order. A party that is focused on doing its job and not taking part in idle tittle tattle with its opposition. A goal of making ‘Britain best’ and of creating a fairer distribution of wealth, less big bonus fat cats and less on the breadline.
This manifesto is nothing more than my ramblings, a chap from a middle class background who works in the private sector and is frustrated and sometimes disappointed by the management of the country. It might not be in any particular order, it may have elements that would be a disaster for the nation, it may have glaring omissions. But it will not be wrong, its correct because it is my opinion and it stands, I’m entitled to it on the basis of being a tax payer that provides his fair share.

Breakdown the buying power of major supermarket chains, man in the street paying the proper price to allow the manufacturer or farmer to make a comfortable living.
Tax incentives for firms putting British made goods into high street stores.
Raise import duty on goods that are also manufactured in the UK.
Breakdown the money that moves in circles, example, man in the street buys milk from supermarket cheap, farmer is paid a low price, man in the street pays income tax which is partly given to farmer in subsidy, its daft, we should minimise tax and pay the proper price.
And finally, as this is PH, 50% reduction in tax on petrol.
No doubt I’ll think of more, no doubt PHer’s will have something to say.

i think you've confused common sense with fascism.

No doubt you're and idiot, you do realise Jeremy Clarkson isn't a real person don't you?The people who are spitting on the spitters handcuffed to railings, do they have special dispension? Like a 007, licenced to spit? Or is the whole country eventually going to be tied to railings and just one lone spitter left free to spit all day long?

Your introduction was good and I was encouraged to read further... but after your first 4 points I dismissed you as a nutter. Seriously, you want to ban sweraing and chain people to railings for spitting? I agree it's not pleasant but there are bigger fish, surely?
Spitting fish you say? Wow! The wonders of nature..mattnunn said:

No, you have to file a Spit Permission form L049 at your local borough office then there is background checking process that takes 2-4 weeks. After that you're allowed to spit and even then only if you earn 3x minimum wage (or have equivalent assets that prove your middle class status) or you're in violation of your Spit Permission and may be spat upon yourself. The people who are spitting on the spitters handcuffed to railings, do they have special dispension?
