There is "no obvious" link between tough laws and levels of illegal drug use, a government report has found.
Liberal Democrat Home Office minister Norman Baker said the report, comparing the UK with other countries, should end "mindless rhetoric" on drugs policy.
He accused the Conservatives of "suppressing" the findings for months.
Prime Minister David Cameron said the research did not offer "specific conclusions" and said he did not "believe in" decriminalising drugs.

Well a guy and his m8's that lives near me got 10 years for trying to bring a big amount of coke across the channel in a rib
They were caught red handed by the French and arrested in Hythe the same chap is responsible for atleast 200 odd previous crimes including car theft robbery and kidnap and gbh
He will be out soon again driving around in m5's and generally terrorising the area
Oh and he is a cage fighter the sentences he has had over the years have made not 1 jot of difference

No, I meant hang the dealers, and you wouldn't actually have to do that many. Stop it at the source. It works in other parts of the world. Also Napalm the poppy fields in Afghanistan. Very easy to do.
