As i Understand it the police on scene reviewed the video and made no arrests as it was deemed self defence due to the supposed victim was engaged in holding and shaking another trans person in a head lock at the time they were hit. If you review the video you can see that the supposed victim was very much in control of a situation with another person held down prior to someone else rushing in and fists flying. The 62 year old granny is very much milking the situation which she started.
