Why bother sending them back to bother other people, we should just hang them imo, and not just foreign criminals, all criminals, why waste money on prison for scum like that? I hardly think shooting a police office is a "minor criminal history". But yes, they should have done it after he finished his sentence, not several years later and when he has 3 kids.
