Plenty of comments about Jean Charles de Menezes and his 'murder'.
How would you describe what happened to him?

Accident.
If you kill someone in a car accident, and you can be shown to have been behaving negligently, then a conviction for "Death By Dangerous Driving" is justified.

Odd then, that no-one was prosecuted in what was clearly a case of "Death By Dangerous Policing".

In your eyes. Those of us with no agenda see it as a tragic accident. Or are you implying that everyone who kills someone in a car accident is charged with negligence?

I wouldnt. But dont forget we've only been fed one side of the story. Yes an innocent man died that day, but there were reasons for the actions taken by the men now under scrutiny. These reasons would obviously never be made known to the public. I can see why there is anger and questions, but you need to remember we've only read the media version.
