She must be quite close to doing some time for all the shenanigans no?
She got a suspended a few years back, she'll have to kill somewhere before the law finally does anything other than slap her on the wrist.
Her driving history is incredible

Why doesn't she employ a driver/personal assistant?

She's skint, plastic surgery isn't cheap you know.
She's actually bankrupt

That statement is far less classy than anything KP says or does.

I kind of think one of you is right. Or maybe you are both right.

Yep. I think it was just last week that a court ordered that at least 40-50% of all ongoing monthly earnings that come from her various OnlyFans, Fansly, etc, subscription pages would now have to be paid direct to whoever is the company dealing with her massive debts. More amusingly they also ordered that she hand over all ££££ she regularly earns from selling stories about herself to the press via some form of celeb story broker laugh

Don’t be daft, not only is she female and a doting mother, both of which appear to come with some sort of access to a different tier of the justice system, but she’s also desperately needed by low rent media outlets to flog cheap stories and tv appearances! She appears not only to be immune from any effective punishment, but is also placed on some sort of bizarre ‘role model’ pedestal despite very obviously setting an appalling example. All very odd.

What a sad sack of a woman she has become now. I genuinely feel sorry for her, she clearly has severe mental issues. Still, she shouldn't ever be allowed on the road again.

She deserves no sympathy. She lies and cheats her way through life whilst flouting laws, deceiving judges and fleecing her creditors, all behind the facade of being a single mum of a disabled child. Like everything in her life (and in her body) its fake.

Apparently she wouldn't be bothered if she was sent to prison as it wouldn't be for long and she could sell her story of her prison experience when she gets out
It strikes me that a huuuuge ban would hurt her more - she seems very upset she cannot drive “the car she wants” so give her ten years. No story to sell there.
Hasn't she already been caught driving whilst banned?
It appears there is a very useful keep out of jail free card associated with being caught driving on a medically revoked licence as opposed to one which has been disqualified.

why do individuals think it their right ot have a car, do what they like with no consequences!! it amazes me how many people get caught 23 or more times for drink or drug offences and still drive.

Cars are a luxury and if you do not live by the rules then yes you will get penalised. Insurance is a risk business and which insurer would want all the bad publicity that comes attach to poor old hard working Katie

I have some sympathy with KP.

The bds have ramped insurance on my 1.4 astra.

Christ, at my age I should be paying 320 quid. Maybe it's the single SP30, 2 years ago and the fact that I'm getting old.

Just do what she does, don't bother and every time you get caught make an appearance on Good Morning Britain where you wipe away a tear and blame it on your depression.

I sympathise in one sense that there appears to be a whole industry built around the idea that you've offended the state. Some people end up becoming victims of that system simply by not being very bright and that is more of an issue for the state in the long term. There will always be a continuous supply of new victims who don't know where they can and can't park, don't know they have to actually apply for a license, aren't aware that photocards have to be renewed, don't know that V5c has to be updated if you change address, have no idea what a SORN is... etc, etc... around 70% of the population can cope with that but it's a sizable chunk of people who get fined every time they leave the house and the fact they receive penalties all the time has no effect on whether or not they will get another.

So it's cheaper to get fined for driving around without insurance by at least a factor of 10.

Makes you wonder why the law abiding bother.

In fact being a bankrupt puts her in a relatively enviable position in as much as she's pretty much untouchable. If you've got nothing to take away apart from liberty the authorities can't touch you. She's a single mother and carer so assuming there was a jail place available it'd be highly unlikely she'd get any significant time.

Makes you wonder who the idiots are.

The thread title is misleading "Katie Price discrimination", it is not discrimination against her, it is discrimination against how she conducts herself, if like most other celebrities she wasnt an absolutely fking liability behind the wheel then nobody would have to "discriminate".

Next it will be called Priceaphobia, as adding a phobia to the end of something seems a popular way to put it back onto you for objecting to anything,

"A phobia is an uncontrollable, irrational, and lasting fear of a certain object, situation, or activity"

It renders anyone who dares criticise as "Irrational", but take her driving, I would says its a pretty rational fear not getting hit by a pink Range Rover driven by a drunken woman with no insurance and a pretty bad driving track record overall.

No need to slate her otherwise, and suggesting she be euthanized ? Not even worth saying in jest really is it, ok she is a bit unhinged and does stupid things but suggesting she is killed, have a word with yourself, do you do Harvey jokes as well ?

I think the thread title is intended to be somewhat tongue in cheek.

She said she was being discriminated against because she was famous.
The title is fine.
