Technically, the actual indictment decision belongs to the DA.

But I'd imagine he'll happily take the Grand Jury's direction. Smiling. Like the Cheshire cat!

So, DA will make arrangements with Trump's lawyers to process the indictment.

That depends on whereabouts you are. Quite large parts of NYC are actually quite pro-trump, amazingly, considering it's pretty much common knowledge there that he's an amoral cheat. I was once at a gig when a 'trump trump trump' chant broke out. It was very disturbing.

Agreed, not Manhattan. The chant took place on Long Island. A venue in a place called Wantagh. I found it genuinely disturbing, I'd never witnessed anything quite like it before.
