Maybe not, but surely Merchan could launch a separate action outwith what's going on here? trump is clearly trying to provoke a reaction that he knows would look bad for Merchan and presumably that's why Merchan isn't biting. Still bloody annoying.

I believe that the judge and prosecutor were deliberately excluded to prevent Trump from claiming his freeze peach has been impinged.

However jurors and families are off limits as they should be, trump hates this as he can't intimifate Bragg or Merchan otherwise.

Its not 'kicked down the road' it was modified to the Judge's acceptance.

Two key items were that the Bond has now been filed in cash rather than stocks, and that the Bond company has agreed that they are liable to New York Court jurisdiction, whereas before they were claiming they were exempt.

Maximum imposable fine for the first charges is $1000 per offence, its already written into NY Law, its not a special condition for Trump.
