My guess is he does some but also has someone or a team doing others.

Lad's got his head switched on but I doubt as a professional footballer that he has to the time to sit individually tweeting out all the businesses who volunteered during his campaign.

I do hope he found the time to personally tell the Mail they're full of st though.

Hiring someone to do a job for you isn’t exactly uncommon, especially if you earn as much as he does.

Roc Nation (Kelly Hogarth) represents Rashford for his PR & Marketing and has done since April, his brothers represent him on the sports side.

Seems possible that sports management agencies are involved? Like modern day versions of Jerry Maguire.

I read an article recently that many top sportsmen and women use the same kind of agents that actors do who also handle social media and their image. Rather than old school footballers using their cousin or one individual.

Apparently it’s not just for negotiation of parts or contracts but also managing their personal brand etc.

Maybe this is what Marcus does?

100%

It's a brand thing.

I read he's trademarking certain things in the US too.

Launching a book club

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-5497...

Good luck with that as too many children these days don't get to read enough.

Don't really know what to do to solve that really. Public libraries used to be quite welcoming places when I was lad. I popped in to my local one the other year and it was like a drop in centre for the homeless with a smell to match.

School libraries have been declining for a while as well.

Yep, the tories have been closing libraries across the land for years now. Fair play to Marcus.

A left wing friend on Facebook shared what he deemed an inspirational quote.

The gist was that a crackhead would never go without money for crack therefore you are inferior to a crackhead if you fail to earn the money you need for the things you want.

In reality a crackhead will spend whatever money they have on crack and then beg, steal or borrow or go without food, making this a bizarre outlook but one closely tied to the choices people will make when there are handouts, which of course are also supported by the left

Rashford has just been on BBC Breakfast being interviewed about his own struggles.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-55267997

There's a 1 hour programme on BBC on Monday evening at 7PM called "Feeding Britains Children" that will highlight some of his amazing work over the past six months.

I read yesterday that an estimated 900,000 children registered for free school meals during the pandemic.

Good to see that Rashford and the media aren't forgetting about them.

I can't see any politician ever making the mistake of a temporary relief payment again.

They'll do it for the same reason they did it the first time.
