Baffles me that anybody could want to work for the Don - ends well for none of them. Must be an overwhelming desire for 15 minutes of fame or notoriety.
Whitehouse & environs - where even the most level headed dribble from both corners of the mouth.

Interesting times.

Trump is clearing house of gop appointments.

Why would gop continue to support him if he effectively turns the wh into his own 3rd party branch.

Who are all the people behind him in his Twitter cover photo? Did they win a competition?

Tillerson: Russia obviously poisoned the guy.
Trump: You're fired.
Press: You fired him for saying that?
Trump: No, I fired him on Friday.
Tillerson aide: He wasn't fired on Friday, it came as a complete surprise.
Trump: You're fired too.

Dave Frum (remember that guy?) on Newsnight just, said the Pres's chief personal aide has gone today too, because he's under 'investigation for serious financial crimes.'

David Frum is always worth listening to. He is an avid Republican but an avowed hater of Trump and everything he stands for. Trump is not a Republican.

Rex Tillersons unexpected departure is a bit alarming and worrying. Sticking in a like minded yes man is even more worrying.

Without looking into it, surely the number of resignations and terminations and the likes of is unprecedented.

Is there such a post or person within his cabinet (or not?) who can voice his or her objections to potus without any risk?

Is trump so far up his own arse he cannot see the immense amount of damage being caused?

I can't help but think that trump has played a a blinder in some eyes and any future elections will be won by the likes of the Clintons..

PA congressional district 18 race too close to call with 99% in, Lamb just ahead. Trump won it by 20%, Romney won it at a romp, the dems did not even bother to field a candidate for this seat the last 2 times. It's a 94% white district. If Lamb holds on it's a huge fk you to Trump and house republicans will be in melt down.

Lamb won with 0.3 percent, possibly some absentee ballots to add in. Anything closer than 0.6 gets a recount afik

Still too close to call on US TV but Saccone needs a miracle.

Great night for the Dems whatever happens now. Expect even more GOP house incumbents to announce retirement in the next few weeks.

Sanders spins it as nothing to see here, and it’s business as usual.

Roger Stone is in deep trouble. The Washington Post are reporting that Mueller has two witnesses that he was in direct communication with WikiLeaks leader Julian Assange during the election. One will be Nunberg who after all his bravado is singing like a canary.
Stone of course testified under oath before Congress that he did not communicate directly with Assange.

Far from it. It's not a coincidence that he met with russian officials and spys even though they were on the sanctions list, just before Trump didn't sign congresses increased sanctions bill....

The State Department is in turmoil anyway, they've had a 30% budget cut, sacked or lost many of their top diplomats including Joseph Yun, the recognised North Korea specialist who 'retired' with less than a weeks notice just as those talks with Kim are coming up...
