It was the DC Young Republicans who have been trying all week to organise thousands to pack the room for trump - they got 4 rows
Many reports on how they tried to pack the front of the room with trump supporters who hadn't been to any other speech, they got in very early When the Libertarian members funneled into the speech room, they were seen asking trump supporters to give up their front-row seats to make room for some members.
They packed the first 4 rows really early with his supporters. They refused to move so emails show they were talking about cancelling the event. The seats were meant for the delegates, vip seating, so they took out the tables and replaced it with more seating instead.

I have been searching but cannot seem to find where a Trump Rally/Event will be during late July/early August?

Then events are limited because he's been in court many times this year, and currently, despite complaining about not being able to campaign, he doesn't generally spend his wednesdays or weekends campaigning. He needs the time to recover, despite sleeping through court. Those he does attend he turns up late - up to two hours late, keeping the faithful waiting.
Even last night he was 30 mins late.
There's also maybe no point spending money on venues, if he's going to be campaigning from jail

I suspect 'train crash ghoulishness' is now the major motivation for a lot of trump rally attendees.
