Only in local and state elections.

So why is Unrep so passionate about Hillary then?

Free world and all that. However, I am most curious to see how this fella will actually work out in the top job. It really is looking to be building to a perfect storm if he does, or he turns out to be the best el Presidente ever.

Add into that that if Corbyn gets in here, that will be very interesting times. Putins wet dream comes true on both sides of the Atlantic........wobble
I think he'd rather have Farage/UKIP than Corbyn.

Throw away the nukes Corbyn? Well, I suppose Farage but he keeps retiring so may or may not be around.

Wonder if any fund money has made it from the USSR to the Labour party?

John Humphreys on R4 has just asked a guest if the reason Clinton isn't storming the polls because woman & misogyny.

Astonishing.
search the guardian for vacuous pieces about the misogyny in this election and you will have your source. search again for pieces suggesting that voters should choose clinton because she is a women, and don't be surprised if you have to face-palm upon finding them.
To coin another JH phrase, "pass" biggrin

I don't think Russia feels threatened by british nukes, UK alone won't go against them and if USA goes against them the planet is going to end tits up with or without UK.

So am I right in thinking unrep can't vote and 5.0 can? Now I really don't want Trump to win but that's still funny!
I don't know if permanent residents can vote. If they're getting illegals to vote then I bet permanent residents can vote too. I honestly don't know, if they are allowed, that's just plain wrong. I'm sure he will answer when he calms down.

Anyway I voted a while back. I did email the people handling it in my area, asking for paper confirmation of who I voted for. They told me they do not provide a copy as the ballot doesn't get cast till election day...

And you wonder why its so easy for Unrep to take the piss.

Perhaps it makes him "feel American" to care so much about something that means so little?

A very small part of me hopes he does win. It would have been fun watching him try to wriggle out of his promises and be exposed for the huckster he is.
Indeed.

It would be nice to see someone do as they promised (with regards to jobs at home), but he is too in debt to the crazy religious right and the judges of social mores.

Doesnt Unrep live and work in the USA. Isnt he perhaps married to a US citizen. Do they have little uns that were born and raised in the US. If so, I believe he has every right to be as vocal as he is.

Where do you live sirjerks, are you voting?

slightly off topic but I have been tuning in to "Fox News" for the first time and at first I wasn't sure if it was the US version of Drop the Dead Donkey. If you can get past the face lifts and the bias (which they deny) then out of the blue they have a live band on its bonkers.
Talking about denial Hillary still avoiding anything to do with the st storm that surrounds her at this point and Trump talking about Policies whilst she continues to have a pop at him and the people who vote for him.
