Also of interest was the trump defence presenting trump marketing stuff about how sucessful the trump org was, including repeating the claim that 40 Wall Street had 72 floors - it doesn't it has 63, and that it was directly across from the Stock Exchange. It isn't, it's close but not diorectly across.

I think it's clips like this which will erode any public sympathy left for trump. When people like this from his inner circle start revealing the truth, then they can't just be handwaved away as lefties or MSM mouthpieces.

It might also act as a bit of a wake-up call to his current legal team of how he operates and how he'll ruin their careers and burn them, but I'm not sure they're smart enough to see how this ends for them...

Jenna Ellis video is going to cause furtehr problems for trump in his insurrection trial, because of the dates when she said Scavino told her trump was refusing to leave the WH.

It was after the 8 Dec deadline to resolve state election disputes and certify the election, after 14th Dec when the electors met to cast their vote and after 11 Dec when trump lost at the Supreme court.



Add into that Sydneys Powells video where she says many people were telling trump he lost, and naming them.

And yet publicly she was all in. It's clear that Ellis, Powell and all the others were driven by pure greed and self interest. Did Ellis give back the money raised for her defence fund after she took a deal? Of course not!

Theoretically they should ignore him unless they decide he’s acting unlawfully wrt the constitution, in which case they should take whatever action is necessary.

Yeah, but everyone on here says he wouldn’t be able to do this stuff, because of the Constitution or the way the US is built or something. Yet, here he is, laying it bare on exactly what he’s going to do.

I know it’s a very slim chance of him being elected, but it remains a possibility and that needs to be considered , not just dismissed out of hand, because of small crowds.
