there's a surprise (not) I have a family member who is a Jehovah’s Witness.
They (the organisation) are being very careful to not put out anything controversial in public, on websites etc.
But are all very excited as this conflict is definitely in line with end-of-days prophecy type stuff.

Similar with some American Christians; as Russia could be Magog, the country that supports Persia in attacking Israel. Russia buying drones from Iran, who in turn fund Hammas is part of this biblical prophecy.

Reading the reports yesterday that Israel have engaged Hamas at the al-Shifa hospital - again.

It indicates that the "clearance" of Gaza from Hamas is as leaky as a sieve, and the idf simply doesn't have the resources to occupy gaza in order to prevent Hamas (and presumably other armed clans) taking control back.
It highlights the lack of clarity about what next for Israel, and brings into relief the problems Netanyahu has set himself up for.
(The article doesn't seem to dwell on why terrorists were in the hospital though....or the idea that perhaps it was their actions that brought the problem down on the patients in the hospital...)

Amazing how the IDF can target a single Hamas leader on a residential street in Beirut but in Gaza they need to bomb whole neighbourhoods, and kill 100s along they way ( of course you could believe the sick minded Israeli politicians who say all of Gaza should be destroyed and there are no innocent people there )
