The white population dropped 5% 2001 to 2011 to assume that the change continued it would be under 50% now.....
That said we are arguing over a couple of percentage points.
The UK has a bame population of about 14%, if hackney is nigh on 50 possibly now over 50% bame, I am happy that it is essentially non white.
