Well I hope people think twice before voting for them this time round.

(They probably won't)

If I had a kid at that nursery I'd be livid if I wasn't asked permission for that photo op.

So, Salmond is still pulling the strings from behind. Sturgeon was saying it wasn't about independence (a lie of course, but an attempt to repeat the deception of the last general election campaign) while Salmond was briefing against her and saying it was.

I guess many hoped it wouldn't be - but the constitutional issue is obviously very much still on the table solely due to the party in government in Scotland..

It's all Ruth and Co talk about too in fairness. I received two leaflets last week, one from the SNP and one from the Scottish Conservatives

Guess which one mentioned the idea of a second referendum?

In fairness it wasn't the Conservatives that wasted two days debating another referendum, and it wasn't the Conservatives that can't accept the result of the 2014 referendum. If they had accepted it nobody else would be talking about it, but then the SNP would have nothing to distract their supporters from there total inability to organise a piss up in a brewery.

In reaction to the SNP using it as their only political chip (when it suits).

The Conservatives have to keep it front-and-centre to remind the electorate that the SNP wanted to achieve independence by subterfuge, lies and deception (aka the White Paper), and now want to achieve it by a wearing down of the electorate into capitulation via a false narrative (a vote for independence is a vote for free passage back into the EU), but wanted to achieve the mandate to have a referendum for independence by pretending that a vote for them isn't a vote for independence.

Well if they did they could get on and govern properly and not ruin Scotland with their single issue bks. It's just a shame that the SNP rubbish is getting in the way of proper political discussion in Scotland.

Could you list some policies you think they should be implementing?

I can give you a list of ones they shouldn't be/have

offensive behaviour at football
minimum alcohol pricing
named person

and some they should be sorting out

police scotland
education
health

and one they should forget about

independence

deal with them first, I wouldn't trust them to do anything else.
