Officers investigating allegations that £600,000 of party funds raised by activists to continue the campaign for Scottish independence have “gone missing” say a progress report had been submitted before Nicola Sturgeon left office as First Minister.

The back benches is a great place for a young SNP MSP to be at least until the next Holyrood election. The current SNP leader, no matter who, will lose seats at the next election. Much better to become leader after the fall has occurred and the dirty laundry has been washed.
Plus it makes Useless look petty and spiteful.
