During the time of their abuse, all six victims came in contact with Thames Valley Police and Oxfordshire County Council's children's services.
The court heard the men would hang around near children's homes and girls in the care of social services would disappear for days, returning showing signs of sexual activity.
One social worker said it was "common consensus" they were being groomed. Carers, it was claimed, knew what was happening.
But the abuse continued, the number of victims grew - and they got younger.

How long before he was found out and arrested?
Remembering this guy has no corperation/community to hide him.

Just say if this was happening in your street, a regular guy ,job, wife, kids and he did the same as these two mentioned above.

Depends where he was doing the deeds? If it was at a place of work where it's normal for the victims to hang out then probably not immediately. Whether he has a wife or kids is not really here or there, though to do this sort of stuff you'd need a bit of spare time - so having a missus would help in this respect. 'Regular guy' isn't relevant either - people don't advertise it on their t-shirts.How long before he was found out and arrested?

Radio Four said South Asian and North African...
To be fair to Warsi, she said it as it was, - about a year ago.http://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/3068/muslim-chil...
"Baroness Sayeeda Warsi, Britain's most senior Muslim politician, told the London Evening Standard that there are "Pakistani men who believe that white girls are fair game. And we have to be prepared to say that. You can only start solving a problem if you acknowledge it first."
Warsi said the color of the victims' skin, as well as their vulnerability, helped to make them a target. She also said that some Pakistani men "see women as second class citizens and white women probably as third class citizens" and that these men "are to be spoken out against."
Warsi called on British authorities to stop being squeamish about investigating allegations involving Muslims. "Cultural sensitivity should never be a bar to applying the law," she said"

As in the Rochdale case the chief prosecutor was "of the same race". Coincidence ?
Not sure how that's remotely relevant. All I want to know is: did the criminals get properly prosecuted, and are they facing long sentences? As the answer to both questions is a resounding 'yes' then I fail to see the problem.Gassing Station | News, Politics & Economics | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
