Wow didn’t realise Mueller was speaking today.

Trump is going mental on Twitter.

Mueller will go in and say exactly what Barr told him too.
Doubt it. Had Mueller been so susceptible to pressure from above then his Report would have exonerated Trump, Trump wouldn't have put so much pressure on Comey, on Sessions, on Rosenstein etc etc.

Nothing new will come from Mueller's testimony. It will just confirm the stink around Trump and his close group and their dealings with the Russians - and Trump will then bu11st so much that people wont actually remember much of what Mueller has said.

Did I? Sorry things move quickly so must have forgotten that. Have you a link to the old thread where this happened?

Happy for anyone to provide sources, although usually some get pointed out they are untrue, biased, unreliable sources and then those give up. Main stream media have laws to ensure they meet a journalistic quality, which many of the trump sources don't have to meet, those same sources that trump invited to a summit meeting to encourage them to keep up the good work as he enters the new election cycle.

Which incidently is something trump has been very good at. Embracing social media and all it's dark sides, encouraging those who publish untrue damaging stories, because there will always be those who believe in them and push them further.
It's here:

https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...

But not really worth the bother. No falsities found just an apologists take on Trump's behaviour. Nobody asked him to leave either, just people pointing out that the level of evidence used (YouTube / opinion) fell far below the level for the thread in general.

That doesn't conflate with what I know of the man.

Do you think it only works one way? You can always count on Byker's links to come from certain news outlets, do you think maybe that's because they pander to people that dislike Trump?

I think everyone in here needs to take a healthy dose of sceptisicm with what they read whether it bolsters their position or not.

Don't get me wrong, there will be truth in there but its covered in emotional hyperbole, on both sides. If you cant see that then maybe you're a bit too deep in it

Unless you do proper research instead of relying on reading headlines and watching YouTube you won't know where the truth lies on the spectrum. You've shown in this thread and the last that you are not willing to do that and are only interested in pushing the controversy which is probably why you appear not very welcome in the thread.

Trust me I really hope I am wrong, it’s just Trump appears untouchable.

Any time I've gone to the effort to investigate such stories, I don't come to the same conclusions as the majority in this thread. I'm pushing for less controversy, wouldn't you rather Trump wasn't as bad as some news outlets would have you believe?

Anyway, Mueller is on smile

Absolutely 100% yes.

The problem is, all the evidence points to him being as bad or worse than as portrayed by news outlets, who I think in many cases give him an easy ride.

Why do you think "so many news outlets" want people to believe that Trump is bad?

My guess is that they're just reporting the facts. the facts are that he lies, almost continuously. He also does it in public in front of the media, so it's easy to prove that he's lying. Ergo he "looks bad"

A mirror doesn't make you look fat, unless you ARE fat. And that isn't the mirror's fault.

Fascinating to compare Mueller's demeanor and efficiency of answers against previous testimonies by the likes of Jeff "I don't recall" Sessions. Night and day.

Because its the hottest topic in the World I would wager and it makes for good business, especially with him being such a divisive figure.

I remember googling 'Trump' just as it was all getting into full swing and the entire first page of results were about his hair hehe
