Just catching up the last few pages and seeing folks wondering where various PH characters have gone well here's another one from the Clapham omnibus, literally. The poison dwarf entertaining the passengers with shouts of Orrrdaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrr! Orrrdaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! Clearly auditioning for next year's pantomime role, who will he play, clearly has to be a villain, Captain Hook in Peter Pan? Other suggestions anyone?

Woman 1 reflected in window and Woman 2 with noise-defeating headphones both look suitably impressed. ![](https://thumbsnap.com/sc/hyeoj8V6.jpg)

I stand by my statement that I made at the beginning of this election. A vote for Corbyn would have been the last vote you would have ever cast.
The man has no concept of criticism, no concept of blame and no concept of humility. He is RIGHT, you are wrong. No debate & no discussion and if you felt that you still needed to question the great leader then you need to be re-educated.
Brexit had long since been a side line for me because if he had got elected or led a rainbow alliance in parliament then I was seriously worried that we would lose our democracy, full stop.
Luckily even the most rabid remainer on the Conservative benches could see the danger when he was talking about leading an emergency government
. When I look at Corbyn I don’t see a caring grandad, I see a man who would have done anything to get into Downing Street and would have only left if faced with the barrel of a gun.
We have just dodged an extremely large bullet and one I hope we never have to face again.
I share this viewThe man has no concept of criticism, no concept of blame and no concept of humility. He is RIGHT, you are wrong. No debate & no discussion and if you felt that you still needed to question the great leader then you need to be re-educated.

If you can't see that risk, then the problem may be yours.

That's a lazy slur and nowhere near reality.Boris is not antisocial.
He's aware of the feelings of others and responds to them as per his awareness and response to a lot of folks ooop north wanting brexit done without corbynomics and lending him their votes.
He's a gregarious optimist, well aware of what he does and the impact it has.
Boris isn't politically correct, a refreshing change in a senior politician and not the same as the above slur by any means.
Calling him names at this stage is a bit too late in any case.

He thinks all FS jobs are moving to EU.
No idea either about the fact that, increasingly, the UK is now the de facto world centre for legal contracts, English Law being the preeminent default. In fact, our separation from the EU will enhance this independence.

I don't think it was likely, but it was certainly a risk.
If you can't see that risk, then the problem may be yours.
2017 was the high watermark, but in years to come we'll look back with a mix of relief and bewilderment at how we nearly allowed a group of Marxist antisemites to take charge of our country. If you can't see that risk, then the problem may be yours.

Seriously? This is just nuts. I’m all for a bit of hyperbole for a laugh and dramatic effect but do you honestly believe Corbyn would want or more importantly, be able to stop people voting?
I think there's a bit of exaggeration going on, but it might be worth remembering that people were still allowed to vote in East Germany. They even had a choice of candidates. Somehow the Communists always won...Dr Jekyll said:
Especially since Chris Williamson lost his deposit, has that ever happened to a sitting MP before? Then made a video suggesting that this was because of a smear campaign by the Israeli government.
I think Chris Williamson only stood because an MP loosing their seats gets to trouser a nice "loosers" payout wheras one standing down is entitled to nothing - so the loss of is deposit is small change.metro said:
According to the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority, the expenses watchdog, departing MPs are entitled to a resettlement allowance, equivalent to a month’s salary for each year of service, capped at 6 months, or £33,500.

I have read them I assure you, and perhaps in turn you can see how (nevertheless) it could be interpreted as a slur against Boris, however given your clarification I accept that it wasn't - but beg to disagree all the same.
So dishonesty in a politician is a good thing? 21st Century Man said:
Chris Williamson is actually quite a nice chap, he was a repeat customer of mine in a former job and I've been to his house a few times, on one occasion I'd just come from Patrick McLoughlin's house (also a customer) which was quite amusing.
I would suggest what you mean is he acted like or seemed like quite a nice chapNo point saying someone is a nice chap just because he was pleasant to an informal acquaintance or someone doing a bit of work for him when he's on the record as a disgusting racist really
