Yes, and there were attacks by Jews against Palestinians. I'm not sure why you're surprised that the attacks keep increasing the more the Israelis extend their occupation?

Why not treat all of Israel and The West Bank as one entity ( as it was pre1947) and then hold elections?

Isn't the key issue that a two state solution is the only option as if not - provided the Jewish people permit Palistinians to vote that the Palistinians would have the majority in Govt.


End of the day lots of people are being killed continuously and have been since the creation of Israel why in all this time has no one been able to come up with a resolution given the exceptionally skilled negotiators?

Arab attacks on jewsish settlements started in 1920,the first irgun attacks on arabs was in 37 ,by which time there had been over 700 casualties.

Yes - and in 10/20 years time, when the settlements are larger and easier to connect to each other, I suspect the Israelis will still be using the same excuse. They want the land because they think they're entitled to it. Unfortunately there are already people living on the land. And when they push them off those people get upset.
