I am loving the tolerance, consideration and lack of blatantly offensive commentary towards me.
Agree with us or we will berate, mock and be as offensive as possible towards you till you either agree, shut up or leave.
Nice.
But highly funny to read, basically a tantrum thread because things arent going their way.
Has trump done anything yet which he based his campaign on? Obamacare? The wall?
Even his supporters have seen nothing ‘good’ come of him being in office yet.

Ribena, I asked a while back what you had meant when you said ‘I am over the moon with the way things are going’. Specifically were you saying are you ‘over the moon’ with the way the Trump presidency is going? But highly funny to read, basically a tantrum thread because things arent going their way.

Just so we are clear.
AAAAAnway ladies and gents..
Much as I am enjoying trying to engage in discussion with all of you, given that previously I was sin binned for politely not agreeing with everybody in a thread I am going to walk away from this thread for now as I don't particularly want the mods to sin bin me again for being offensive for not towing the PH PC line.

Fair enough. See you in a forthcoming incarnation. Trump really is a racist though and I am absolutely sure that you both know and believe that.
Ignoring the obvious trolls, who contribute precisely all for a moment, it’s quite a turn up when Iran looks like a responsible country that respects the rule of law and America looks like an irresponsible rogue nation that does not respect international agreements and does not fulfil its side of the bargain.

One question and please be truthful.
Do you believe that Donald Trump is a racist?
Simple yes or no.
Remember that you can’t quantify racism.
FYI I believe that he is.
I'll "somewhat" defend The Donald here. I don't think he is racist, I personally think he couldn't give a diddly fk about such things beyond: "what can I get out of this transaction?" Transaction here being any communication. Do you believe that Donald Trump is a racist?

Trump is a cynical egomaniac opportunist. Nothing more, nothing less. Black folk are much more unlikely to vote for him therefore they are irrelevant. Null if you like. Actively appearing to favour attitudes likely to be against said ppl he judges will garner him votes amongst a demographic he majors in.
It's all a transactional deal. He doesn't care per se how normal folks care about such things, it's just part of the game to him.
That qualifies him far more for Derek's description of him than an accusation of racism in my humble.

Ok please feel free to show me evidence of Trump being racist.
Is this a wind up?The question is who did he used to be? I'm edging my money toward bmw535i.
Perhaps frankenstein535 can share his views on internment?

Re anti discrimination rules: No one is obliged to employ anyone, but if a refusal to employ is based on ethnicity, gender, and so on, then the employer may be subjected to a sanction. This protects minority groups and may also help to change behaviour.
Law and societal attitudes sometimes move together and sometimes one lags the other. Reduction in discrimination on grounds such as gender and ethnicity and disability has coincided with the introduction of anti discrimination laws in developed countries.
In the case of religious based objections to, for example, employing a gay person or providing a business service to a gay person, leaving aside that such objections are irrational , the law determines that involuntary attributes such as sexual orientation take precedence over voluntary attributes such as religious opinion.
would it be against the law to discriminate on what way a person voted in the brexit referendum?Law and societal attitudes sometimes move together and sometimes one lags the other. A monumentally stupid statement from Trump. He needs to get over himself. I appreciate he is pissed off with the amount of time mainstream media have dedicated to assassinating his character at times telling outright lies and at other times pointing out his BS but unfortunately thats the price of free press which is a cornerstone of democracy whether we like it or not.
Congratulations - some sense from F12 at last. But does his desire for unfriendly media to be silenced not indicate to you that Trump displays a worrying similarity with those who have a need for despotic power?
