I don't understand why people blame the sharks, they chose to play in the water!
Not quite. It's in knee deep water, near kids, and this breed is known to be a potential risk to humans. Even the little ones can spoil your day..

When our hero rocks up, there's no bugger in the water... he could've just left it alone.

Anybody feeling sorry for the shark, you do realise that at the first opportunity it would bite you in half, tear the pieces into bloody, splintered shreds, gorge them and then st you out all over the ocean?

I just don't get it.

fk 'em I say.
Well I guess that's less risky than trying to get the shark to give you a blow job; but I don't really see the attraction myself.

TBH, I think he was just trying to do what the second guy achieved - send it away from shore. I guess a creature that needs to keep swimming (forwards) to live doesn't respond kindly to being dragged backwards by its tail. Who could've guessed? Apparently not a grandfather from Merthyr.

Well from what I know there haven't been many sightings of swarms of sharks up my way.

Besides, the poor bees are only defending themselves (and dying in the process), a shark is a ruthless predator. The bloke was lucky not to get a good biting I reckon.

You've got me wrong. When it's wet out and the snails come out in the evening and I accidently step on one, I immediately appologise-out loud, that is how bad I feel. Howver I will splat mosqitoes on site because they are aggressive little fkers.

I hope this is a joke, but suspect not. You may need to educate yourself.
Give yourself a paper cut on one finger and then try to patronise me whilst dangling yourself in front of a great white.

I didn't see him wrestling the shark (when I finally got past the stupid adverts). I saw him fall over when it looked like the shark wanted to fight back.

Love the way he puffed his chest out when he walked away from it. Tough chap. smile

Suspect that shark was on its last legs, not looking to bite anyone. Fish don't usually let you get close enough to grab them, and a healthy shark can go from zero to GTFO in an instant.

Been there, bought the t-shirt.

OK so I was in a cage but this guy wasn't and he was fine.

Seriously if you ever get the chance to see sharks in the wild you should as it will completely change your perspective and you'll discover an amazing respect for such wonderful animals.

Andymadmak is wrong. It is exactly "shark in own habitat"...the holiday makers are idiots. Sharks beach themselves to die (much like Whales)...the shark was clearly not in distress at the beginning of the video, thought it had found a quiet place to pass away peacefully. Those holiday makers were idiots. Another example of Man interferring with the natural way of things.

Yep. Idiots.

How dare they not be Marine Biologists, and fully clued up on shark behaviour!

Absolute fkers.

Not sure whether you are a wind up merchant or an idiot but you are one of the two. Mrs BC & I have dived with sharks for years & guess what, all limbs still attached.

Well done, you. Whereas I knew a few surfers back in E.L, SA who are either missing bits of their body or, as was the case for one mate, the ability to grow older. Death by shark will do that to you.
