Hmm, interesting case though (to me anyway) It seems unlikely that he will prevail either way, but he obviously feels strongly enough to invest a significant sum to take this to court. Plus, he will have to pay costs if he looses. I would love to hear why his lawyer thinks he will win. Colonial said:

The idea that using "queer" in the name of a single venue in Manchester should prevent it's use on a completely different venue 100 miles away is not going to work in front of a judge.
