BBC saying there may have been more in the people carrier. Motives are still unclear.
Of course they are. Who would want to abduct a British Soldier, I wonder.

During the peak of the IRAs activity, weren't servicemen allowed to carry concealed sidearms off-duty? I wonder if this is something we might see a return of.

Not funny, and could mislead the search if reposted elsewhere. Take it down.

Your profile says "Est Midlands". Do you drive a VW camper?

No just not allowed to get short hair cuts and wear uniforms.

I don't make light of these incidents easily but the image of a couple of sweaty, 'turmeric smelling' chaps taking on one her majesties finest is amusing.

I like the fact the first one 'fell' to the floor.

Good work Sir, and good work Marham for continuing to hold their open day today.

These muppets and their apologists or sympathisers are on a one way hiding to hell.

Don't be worried by these farking cowards.

It appears mainland europe got the dedicated jihadis, we just got the internet warriors thank fk. Shut that fking border sharpish!

I always find it odd seeing service people in full rig everywhere. When I did a short stint in the Andrew in the early 90s you didn't go ashore in uniform in case the Irish tried to kill you. Apparently we are in the midst of a terror war and yet the same standing order hasn't returned.

Sadly I suspect they are, along with the advice to check ANPR for leads, PH must be the centre of anti-terrorism advice for law enforcement types.

I remember a few tits coming out the barbers like action man, they were made to run around the parade square with old ladies scarfs on their heads. hehe

BBC scrupulously avoiding any description of the attackers.

Game of hangman anyone?

Nothing to do with _.
The BBC website has the exact same description of the men as the ITV site, saying they were of Middle Eastern appearance.
Yeah, but what matters is that AJS got in first with the lie, and that's what people will remember.

Stiff upper lip and laughing (sometimes grimly) in the face of adversity is about as British as it gets. The minute we're not allowed to make a joke about things is the minute I'll be deeply suspicious that something's amiss.

What's 'very funny' about that ffs.

Why are you even joking about what could have been another Lee Rigby event?

To be fair, at the time the original BBC link was posted, the BBC story made no mention of their descriptions.
