This format is dire. Audience asks a question, he dodges it and there is no follow up question opportunity.
Bit worrying that he wouldn't confirm he was willing to retaliate with nuclear weapons.

Kind of defeats the whole purpose of them really. No wonder he's not in favour of them.

I think Corbyn has just raised the bar. He did well and the Twitter chat is reflecting that. There are many Tory supporters saying it's the best from they've seen him - and it's making them nervous...

So to use a cricket analogy I'd say he played that like a rather boring opening batsman, saw off 3 or 4 overs, blocked well, played no rash strokes but score very few runs. I'd have him on 2 for no loss after 24 balls.

He just said he would sign the papers and do it if necessary... but it is I culpable not somehting he'd be comfortable with.. fair enough response I think.

I wonder if Kim Jong-un will work with him toward nuclear disarmament.

Corbyn's on great form, he's about to mention some person he met in Sheffield and read a letter from them I'm sure.
Thanks
Do we yet know who he met yet?
Was it an Abbottpottamus?

Was it a love letter?

He didn't say he'd do it (if by "it" you mean fire missiles), he said he'd write the letters of instruction (telling commanders what to do in the event that London is a smoking crater). He didn't say what he'd put in those letters, and therefore I'm certain they would say "do not return fire".

There shouldn't really be any doubt though.

Paxman has to move on though. That's what save Corbyn, the time limits and the need to cover all the questions.

I think he's doing fairly well so far, if I was a Corbyn supporter I'd have seen almost nothing here to give me any concerns.

I missed the Andrew Neil interview but he's sweating a bit now. How does this compare?
