It seems condescending to correct a complete stranger just because the mistake is on the internet. Would anyone talk to a stranger at a party and issue a grammar correction?....

Not Me

Not I neither

Nor I either

This place is a parody of itself at times.

ETA: generally no excuse for grammatical errors. They're a pet hate of mine.

Hairyben hasn't responded - I assume he's reflecting on Shakespeare - "And blow them at the moon: O, 'tis most sweet"

The problem is PH seems to attract them, they even have their own thread, so they can circle jerk each other. I've said it loads of times, if grammar means so much to them why didn't they become teachers, or help to improve grammar as a whole.
That's precisely the name of the game, you tub of irony....hehe

Trendy teaching over recent years dismissed the importance of grammar, so it's good that some people are making an attempt to raise standards again.

On a website full of middle class IT bods and Directors, I think not. Maybe the Zafira Facebook owners page, might be a start for all the pseudo teachers.

So in this world one is either a saddo or a thicko?

I can't believe that many people when they see your/you're or they're/their aren't at least thinking 'aaaarrrrggghhh', even if they resist saying something!

Of course they think it.

Taking the time to point it out is what makes someone a bit petty.
