They are from ASA, but the Final Adjudication seems to have come from DECC, unless I am reading the top of the adjudication wrong?

Considering who the ASA's top man is, it's hardly surprising they agreed with the government spin machine, is it?

Post it up? the covering letter is 2 sheets of A4 and the adjuication is 13 sides of A4, not sure my poor scanner can cope with that much, and if I started typing it, by the time I finished and got all the jargon the right way round, it'll be released anyway!

I got two sent to me for some reason. The result is hardly surprising, although the main issue, ie it being a politically biased advert, is still unresolved and is being dealt with by Ofcom.
