Agree with the Frogs. If you want to go shirtless, go to the beach.

95% of the people that go shirtless in towns are much too fat/sweaty/hairy to carry it off. Don't have any real desire to see that.

Agree 100%, the only time you should remove your shirt is at hoe or on the beach. You're a chav if you think that it's acceptable any other time.
