I haven't read through all the replies...but my immediate thought is - don't be disgusting.

Most investment banking workers are honest people trying to pay bills and raise families, and the vast majority of them have done nothing to cause our current woes. If they have worked hard over the last five years and made the sacrifices in their personal/family lives, they deserve to keep what they've worked for.

How would you feel if you're made to pay back part of what you've been paid from the past five years of hard work and personal sacrifices?

And no, I am not an investment banker...
