Agreed. Must stop this!
It's a heinous crime and I'd certainly want the authorities to be proactive in managing it. Including who knew what, and why those that did know, didn't report it. I doubt these things generally go under the radar before the police get involved.
Crikey you're brave to express that opinion! you only have to look at this and other threads to see that any suggestion that some in the wider community must have known and clearly did not report what was going on is usually the cue for cries of RACIST! or that you're trying to victimise an entire community for the actions of some men who purely by coincidence happen to be part of that community.....It's a heinous crime and I'd certainly want the authorities to be proactive in managing it. Including who knew what, and why those that did know, didn't report it. I doubt these things generally go under the radar before the police get involved.
I remember reading recently about the community who the British Beatles, or whatever they were called - Jihadi John and his friends, and the local mosques who they belonged to, were worried about their radicalisation, so guess what, just kicked them out. No report to people who could deal with them, just throw them out.
Now thats concerns about terrorists which this community just brushes asside, so abusing young white girls, thats nothing....

If the rules say some of these criminals can be deported as a result of their actions, then they most certainly should IMHO. It will send a strong, if belated message, about the conduct required for UK citizens.
Yes, but I am with Mr_B - this primitive savage will probably get to stay here. Shame we cannot deport the the two women too.

Those British values again......
It seems the child abusers and pimps were operating with impunity for over decade and that they were involved in drugs and weapons as well as child prostitution.
Was a child support worker that made a stink about it threatened?
So it was Political Correctness considerations like the New Year's Eve sexual assaults in Cologne or more the police allowing the perpetrators to operate with impunity? Political Correctness or corruption?

Interesting to hear Muhbeen Hussain of the British Muslim Youth talk on the BBC. He thinks there should be more prosecutions and that he would like to see more of the 1,400 victims speaking out as the brave witnesses did today. He also thinks there may be Muslim victims who dare not speak out because of culturall issues.

Let's talk about how many more perpetrators there are out there still. And how many in their community know about it and stay silent. You need a campaign to flush this scum out, even if it means turning cousin against cousin.
Once again, most are Pakistani Muslims. Not Sikhs, Buddhists etc. Also the fastest growing minority group in this country. The trend is clear. The danger is present. Blind eye so far, ears closed.
Perhaps Malala should rebuke, that might influence behaviour.
