But should not take in anyone who chooses to come from the safety of France because they fancy UK more. They have immediately declared themselves economic migrants imho.
What about the country they stepped out of and in to France, why should France take them?M.
the criminal gangs that are involved in people trafficking.
Like Europe hasn’t been trying that for the past tens years. Labour BS off to an early start.

Have to see what develops from this. If a resignation comes in or a dismissal then my support for Reform U.K. stands.Thing is nasty stuff is emitted from political mouths of all colour rosettes.
Has he resigned yet? Or does it actually not matter?Jordie Barretts sock said:

Do you have any other words of advise, I mean you know when it’s half price day at ‘spoons’ the fountain of knowledge knows no bounds.
Well, this immigrant knows the difference between advise and advice. Better that then a mouthpiece for ‘spoons’ advertising.

Except I have of course made an acknowledgement on facts, well if we can call The Guardian reports as facts.
No you haven’t, your claim was totally factually incorrect.Im sure they do.

What we do know is your figure, that you said was for ‘refugees’ was as I say nonsense.

A few posters you can coast from stats to stats offered from differing outlets, most will present entirely differing ‘facts and figures’.For example the students entering the U.K. mentioned earlier, no mention of family members accompany of students and wether that was included or not in the stats presented. We do know that family members are now restricted to overseas students.
Oh dear. This immigrant also knows how to spell 'whether'.Another slip? I think not.
Never mind your argument your lack of basic English grammar is pointing to a limited education. Which explains quite a lot.

You're great entertainment. The stats posted were for student visas. Family members accompanying students don't qualify for student visas. If you actually cared about data rather than posturing you'd easily be able to find the number of family visas granted each year, and it's minuscule next to student and work visas.
150K of dependents of studentshttps://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/immigrati...
215K dependents of those on work VISAs

We managed to grant more visas to dependents of health and social care workers than we did to the workers themselves.

I'm less certain of the validity of study visa dependents, but again if we're granting study visas to people of family-having age then it's hard to expect them to come and live here without their families. Perhaps that's one area that merits some more examination, but it's really not a huge issue in the grand scheme of things. Overstaying an expired study visa is a crime and we have laws to deal with that via deportation. The vast majority of emigrants in 2022 (83%) were non-Brits, with expired study visas cited among the top reasons for leaving, which suggests the system is working as intended.

It's exactly what I was saying a few pages ago, Reform appeals to older, less well-educated folks.
An argument that appeals to younger folks with media studies degrees. Went well with Brexit.https://yougov.co.uk/politics/articles/48476-how-i...
