Byker, just out of idle curiosity, but why are you so obsessed with all this stuff?

Was he a friend of yours?
Did you share similar interests?
Are you Honorary President of Amnesty International?
Byker is obsessed with Trump and clings to anything that could even remotely damage him whether true or not

It's a very important story, thats why. The potential scandal is huge and could implicate a lot of people. You should be just as interested.

Absolutely, the political impact could be quite huge but it is also going to be interesting the way this plays out. Unfortunately the people most affected by this will not see justice.

There is a difference between interest and obsession.

Yes. You seem to be obsessed with Byker. Mostly, of course, because he posts unflattering reports about your hero.

Article suggesting the guards were over-worked and the prison under-staffed.

Certainly hinting towards a pretty boring, non-Clinton / Trump assassination conclusion.

OR IS IT THAT'S WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO THINK????
All thats come from Barr? Not known for telling the truth so far, he's leaked stories before to deflect away from himself. Is this the same as he's ultimately in charge?
Read the article.

You then won't have to make incorrect assumptions.

But that's all I'm going to waste my time on answering that.
It doesn't matter if someone posted it first. What drew my attention to your post was a the cluster of 'facts' you posted, hence why I asked if it was all factual. I then highlighted the CCTV aspect after you linked to a Tweet as being the source.

After highlighting that that Tweet was no basis to state it as a fact you've deflected, made excuses and doubled down.

My 'agenda' is to find out the truth of the matter. That involves being critical of information sources.

I don't know why we're wasting pages arguing over something as reducingly valuable as the merits of posting fresh from the press or doing research level due diligence before proffering information - Byker is acting as news agglomerator, La Liga is critical as to veracity - yet all we see and hear is filtered, none of us was in that cell, so we are all dependent on what we are told. La Liga I think you're shooting the messenger a tad but agree that info should be checked post-posting, but we'd all do well to consider forming opinions in haste when the full 'facts' are yet to be determined.

The truth is a lie upon which we all agree...

By 'clinging' I assume you mean the multiple damning news stories that occur every day. The issue of one snippet of one story which might not have been fact checked doesn't outweigh the tsunami of st which surrounds Trump and his associates.

Agree 100%, we have had a daily stream of astonishing corruption and incompetence for 3 years from trump and the horror show around him, and yet this is dismissed by his supporters as 'tattle'.

It's completely inexplicable.

I used to nail people down who used to try and BS their way out of things, so old habits die hard. It's not the poster, it is what is being posted.

Regardless, you're right, it's not adding anything else to the topic at this point and I'll just end up repeating myself.

People, in general, aren't conformable with uncertainty and simply saying 'I don't know'. "sustaining doubt is harder work than sliding into certainty", as one psychologist puts it.

The 'need' to know instantly and today's instant information world supports 'sliding into certainty'. Anyone can get answers to fill in the blanks instantly (or just make them up themselves, as a lot have done early in the topic).

Ok, no problem. I have no agenda - my point is that in this case, causes other than suicide have to be under consideration - surely.

At no point am I saying, 'no way did he CS - lizards, Illuminati, Clintons did it'. I'm not asserting any particular cause over any other, but it is a case where a lot of questions should be asked.

There's a level of irritation in your post which should maybe be directed elsewhere?

There seems to be a lot of 'beef' between many on NP&E, accompanied by 'post mining', grudges and the like. I wish I had the dedication you all do, to keep up with the NP&E squabbling. Where do you all find the time?

A one line in this article attracted my attention after the Epstein Island raid

Maxwell also said the island had been completely wired for video; the friend thought that she and Epstein were videotaping everyone on the island as an insurance policy, as blackmail.
https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2019/08/the-myster...

We know they seized a safe full of videos and cd's with peoples names on from Epsteins safe in his house when he was arrested. Were they after more?

NoNeed is obsessed with me. I don't know whether to be flattered or worried, I guess that depends on if he's a Maga nutter with a gun.

I've said many times on the trump thread and both know this, that I think we are living through a historical moment, bigger than Nixon, that will have impact for many years to come.

I have replied to you only a few times and not always negative, why you would think I am obsessed with you I will never know

You, however, have posted thousands of times about Trump and been wrong for many of them or just repeating malicious unfounded allegations, obsessed.

I don't own nor have never used a gun and I'm not a MAGA nutter either I don't think Trump should lead the free world but like him, I hate the democrats and their brand of politics, it is a shame they don't face the same scrutiny.

Round 1 some years ago they were late getting to the camera stuff. Everything ripped out apparently. Just bare wires where recording stuff used to be.

Clear out here as well? Surprised this was not raided same time as the flat. Legal issues?
