They are still showing it although the latest version is cut VERY slightly, referances to driving have been removed.

The one I saw did. It was exactly the same as the one that I complained about.

Well the one I saw said "40% of c02 was down to things like heating our homes", definitely no mention of cars.
And I have seen one that does mention cars and heating homes.

OK, so there are two different adverts being aired; one with a mention of cars and one without. So what?

The simple fact that it doesn't mention cars is no reason to toast it. Everything else about it is still and nauseating and offensive.

Seen both the wk adverts tonight, one pointing the finger at cars and one with the dad reading his child a horror story.

These adverts, put simply, are an absolute sack of st. How the fk can someone predict the future of the earth when they can't even predict tomorrow's weather. Also, how long have we had weather records? Few hundred years? How old is the earth? Millions and millions of years old. How can you look at a few hundred years of data and predict the future with this?

Absolute nonsense, and it's starting to piss me off now!

My first thought was that someone had actually listened.

Saw one today with the factory that rotates to become a car. Something about driving 5 miles less a week. This the same one?

And if my car gets towed for looking like it's dumped a mile away from my house will they buy me a new car?

5 miles less a week!! Yes let's all do that. The mind boggles!

We could give up our cars altogether, turn the heating down in our homes, use energy saving light bulbs etc etc, all for a negligible affect on global climate.

I wonder how much money governments are set to make on 'green' taxes? I wonder how many them are knee deep in carbon trading scams?
