Is that relevant? Would it not be more relevant to give the percentage of those mothers who are (or aren't) UK tax payers?

Probably will be the same result, but his haphazard style is dreadful. Which is the point I was making before, im not against reducing our defecit by making cuts... it has to be done.

I just dont like the way they are currently going about it, maybe Gove got cracking a bit to quickly and missed a bit?
