Corruption in Sweden is rife, i've lost count of the number of arms contacts that have been investigated. Bribes and the 'black economy' are common place and seen as a way of life. Just to reinforce my point about the black economy [cash in hand] being a way of life here the Swedish Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson has been hit by domestic staff revelations following a report by Expressen over the weekend which revealed that a cleaner detained outside the Prime Minister's house did not have a working permit and was facing a deportation order.

While the news has once again shed light on the black economy, the fact that a person facing a deportation order was working in the home of the Prime Minster has also raised serious security concerns. She said today that there is reason for reflection after the revelation that the cleaning company she hired (cash in hand) did not have a collective agreement over pay and working conditions.

There were also 152 reported explosions.

Visited a client in Gothenburg in October, first time I've been to Sweden. Have been back twice more since then and planning to go again in April and July.

Wonderful place, friendly people, not been shot or pillaged yet either.

I think the rioting is definitely not OK.

But burning of books normally gets quite a bad press on PH. Do you like the idea of burning books because you don't like what's in them?

Not in the slightest, but its going to happen if they feel wronged.
