I don't think he's insane or that it's helpful to your cause to suggest so in responding. I also would be interested in a credible source linking anti fascists to Namibia & presumably the suggestion they're in hock with ISIS.

That's not the topic.

But as you wish.

I don't believe Antifa are linked to Isis, but the rank hypocrisy among the left regarding extreme Islam is what drives so many away from them.

I beg your pardon. I misread Nambla as Namibia. My mistake.

Infowars is not a credible news source. Whether it is far right or just right wing is immaterial.

Hint. If they have an online store peddling woo like this
https://www.infowarsstore.com/secret-12-vitamin-b1... they probably aren't too concerned with reporting any form of truth.

Fox, the Mail and Breitbart are far right. Infowars is loon territory. The point that you are missing is that on the right far right is now normalised and mainstream.
So the Guardian and similar are all far left then?
Fox, the mail are in no way far right wing. They maybe to the right in the same way the guardian is to the left but to claim they are far right is idiotic.
You really are deluded and living in a fantasy bubble.
This tactic of labelling everyone on the right as far right or calling everyone racist. Is what's responsible for this polarisation of politics and within society in general. The left are destroying the centre ground and creating a "its them or us" attitude.

The daft thing is it's far more likely when push comes to shove most will side with the right.

Far right? Like Pro Nazis? Are you insane?
The Mail has a well documented history of being pro Nazi. Fox does not have a similar history, but neither Fox nor Breitbart were forthright in condemning the Charlottesville lot, IIRC.

It is amusing to see posters who habitually post from a right wing position shrieking when the Mail and Breitbart et al are identified as far right.

You can say the same for CNN. Fake News is rife throughout the media. It's why I don't go to specific sites. Any news that catches my eye, I'll usually turn to YouTube for footage and accounts of eye witnesses of the incidents.

So one of the first thing that comes up is from the left wing bible...

Neither get anymore clicks than the Guardian from me.

But yep, shrieking.

Calling someone insane for pointing out (correctly) that the Mail has a pro-Nazi record isn't shrieking at all.

Again, you are missing the serious point about normalisation of extreme views. Blaming the left for the absence of centre (as NTM absurdly does) when large audience media sources have taken the right more rightwards is just daft.

A record that even the Guardian calls a flirtation in the 30s? Here's hint, none of those are around anymore.

They aren't being normalised. More and more views are now being considered extreme by the left and they continue to plot their own downfall by alienating more and more people.

I watch Ben Shapiro and Phillip DeFranco for summations on daily happenings in the US and Tim Pool often for good videos o nthe ground.

Shapiro and Tim Pool both come under regular attack from the left for being "far-right" or "Nazis". Shapiro is a Jew ffs. Are we really at a point where because Shapiro leans slightly right, he is a "Nazi"?

Local Gox News leans slightly right Ben Shapiro is right wing.

This is not an insult like you are imagining. It is a comment.

The guy didn't even vote for Trump.

Way to go for ignoring everything else and picking up what can be considered an opinion as no ones exact right and left slider will be identical.

I still think that you are missing the point that Fox, the Mail and to a lesser extent Breitbart are commanding large audiences and purveying what used to be non mainstream positions that are now mainstream. The basic model for the Mail is to create alarm and suspicion, and you can see its effects at work in NPE, where threads not infrequently start or take a line because some credulous Daily Mail reader has fallen for the latest scare story. Variants of the model extend to undermining the idea of scientific objectivity, attacking expertise and so on. The same faults can be found on the left too, where ideas that subjective opinion matters more than data based views can also flourish.

The way your picked up BV on the Mail but ignored Infowars & Breitbart you mean? Shapiro IIRC advocated expelling al Palestinians from the left bank on the basis that Germans were expelled from Poland in the aftermath of WW2. So he seems reasonable.

And I think you're missing the point that more and more people turn away from News sites and turn to Youtube. The mainstream don't like this and so are attacking even central for daring to cover anything even slightly right leaning do.It's why there are so many right leaning commentators able to make a living off it despite YouTube (Google) being desperate to try and demonetise anything right of Buzzfeed. Take the celebrity st out of the Mail and I'd be very surprised if they're getting the same numbers as the leading right wing YouTubers.

The Mail is cringey, celebrity obsessed, trash. I doubt many here use it for their news.

Because they really don't have the readers that the left gets it's panties in a twist over. Nor are they actually far right. Both get attacked by the real far right.
