I hoped for more from Tim Martin. Like others I met him once in one of his pubs (The Imperial, Exeter - rather nice for a 'Spoons) and had a brief but entertaining chat with him. He seemed to be a bit out on a limb on the end there, seemed to have a duff mic too.

Rees-Mogg's constituency (next to mine) has some quite deprived areas in it, but he's a good constituency MP - his family is from Somerset and he was brought up in the area he now represents, which is more than can be said for a lot of MPs.
