Perhaps I’m not reading into it far enough...(!)... but I thought “Dear Bigots”, “religious hatred” was referring to Catholics who abuse Protestants, Muslims who abuse Christians, vice versa, and even non religious people who abuse those of religion. Because of this, and without reading the reply from the Polieas, it would seem an overeaction to complain.
* I don’t see a “religious bigot” as a bigot who is religious, it’s someone who is bigoted towards someone else’s religion
Be careful there, simoid. Close to the line. Interesting choice of words. * I don’t see a “religious bigot” as a bigot who is religious, it’s someone who is bigoted towards someone else’s religion

And then you have the auducity to post that?
...unless you have some contribution to the SNP/Police Scotland hate crimes matter?

Yep, agree with this. You only have to pose the hypothetical to an Indy supporter of what would happen if any successful indy ref results turned out to not be on the terms proposed or originally 'sold' on, should we re-run it..The End of Scottish Independence..

And it's also the reason anyone in their right mind doesn't want indyref2. Brexit is as difficult or as easy as the two sides want to make it. Funnily enough one side doesn't want to make it easy. And given that politicians and civil servants (on both sides) quite literally live off delay and obfuscation it's proving more difficult and certainly more lengthy than anyone would like.
If we subsequently have indyref2 and they win, the 'losing' side is the UK, which will inevitably make it as hard and as damaging a process as they can. I'd imagine they could make the 'deal' many orders of magnitude worse than the EU could with Brexit, owing to Scotland's comparatively tiny size and lack of infrastructure.
So then we would have a 'remain' cabal itching for a rerun, the indy lot wanting to go kamikaze and the rest of us normal folk wondering when it'll ever end.
Given the current Brexit situation it beggars belief that anyone would want another go tbh. Their is no freedom in the EU.

I have no words. Presumably in response to her saying she gets called a online.
I would say man up but she might read it out in parliament.

It's a small pool of talent. Think of Taggart - when the same dozen actors would turn up time after time in different roles (invariably after being killed off previously). Plus, Scotland is renowned for rewarding people for sitting on their arses and doing f'all (Hairy's office was still shutters-down last time I passed).I would say man up but she might read it out in parliament.

ETA - just checked out Maureen Beattie's IMDB. She isn't even Scottish, plus she's only got 42 acting credits (mostly bit-parts) for a career spanning 52 years. She's done two acting jobs and a voiceover for a video game in the past three years. As I said - rewards for f'all.
(Oh, and three appearances in Taggart - all different characters. )

Too wee, too poor and going by the muppets in the Scottish 'Parliament', too stupid.Meanwhile in the Wings comments and to somewhat make my point they're waffling about how the Irish get the Irish Sea, the English get the English Channel and Scotland doesn't get any body of water named after it. It's a UK/Irish/Tory/global conspiracy don't you know.
This is genuinely the sort of pish they think about.

What the blazes has Black achieved to make her outstanding?
The square root of f'all. She had a golden opportunity to make a name for herself on a local issue and establish herself as an MP true to her socialist principles prepared to clash with her party if she felt it was right to do so (you know, that thing she waxed lyrical about in her maiden speech) but instead she timidly toed the party line and completely destroyed her credibility in the process.Mhairi Black accused of not caring about sick kid ward's future.
Her majority was slashed at the last election and her continued inaccessibility in the constituency will probably do it for her at the next one.
Oh, and...
