The whole of the us politics is based on how much money you can spend. Many GOP state parties are struggling to find donors now. The big donors aren't coming forward and the smaller donors have dried up as the GOP were pushing a cost of living crisis, so people are keeping their money.

Yes he’s a not very prominent osteopath - so an odd choice - or maybe not depending on Trump’s confidence in his own health…

I know that if I had provided such an ambiguous/non-specific medical report to an insurance company during my Dr career it would have been returned with a polite - “please try again - and much harder” note.

Compare this with this excerpt from Biden’s medical report in 2021. Very comprehensive and full of specific detail. For the medical-minded amongst us interesting to see that he is in persistent AF…
