So

Labour don’t trust the Conservatives motives for involving them in discussions

Half of the labour party don’t trust the shadow cabinet to convince the electorate to put them into power

The Conservatives don’t trust their leadership not to fk it all up or each other for that matter

Probably 90% of the electorate don’t trust politicisns to do anything

And 75% of the electorate don’t trust the bankers not to fk up the whole world again

It would only be more fked up if 98% of the adult population trusted Gary Glitter to baby sit their kids and Harold Shipman to look after their gran
It's all about the party before people yet again.

Which shows how strong and stable politics is in the UK... I knew it would end in tears. Corbyn is forcing May into an election. Her credibility is shot as she not only turned to Corbyn for a solution, but also wanted the Brexit Extension, just days after the last one. Running down the clock again, knowing Brexit will be suspended in the event of an election. So far 12 of 27 countries are saying no to another Extension. Expect Confidence Vote against the Tories and May to be forced out somehow next week. It's all over this time next week as things stand.

Maybe I described it badly - Picture the scene - teenager researching a period of time when the government of the UK was totally deadlocked buy an attempt to leave the European Superstate - he amazon searches "no deal is better than a bad deal" and finds the quote in an old form of discussion media called a forum. He joins and the hamsters let him in - he's immediately elevated to 100 month status because no one new has joined in 50 years and he bumps the post hoping to learn something from the OP

Budgie posts "true patriot" in response
He might be out of nappies by then. Or back in them. biggrin

Who made you the internet police?!?!
We had a referendum 52% of PH said he should be and 48% preferred "Budgie"
But the turn out was only 33% of the total of eligible registered PH voters and the
67% of PH that could not be arsed to vote would have voted for Budgie according to the twitteratie

Of course there are rules for evey page along with checks and balances

1. The bus must be mentioned balanced by a punishment budget
2. Leavers must be called racists but not directly just by inference just as Remainers must be liberal elite
3. Everyone knew why the voted but cannot speak for eveyone even though they do
4. For every post about Labour Leadership there must be a balance of a post about Conservative leadership
5. Parrots and Squirrels are required in equal numbers
6. If a good post is made and can’t be argued with then a grammar or spelling check is perfectly acceptable
7. CMD was a tt

Turn out would be less than 1% based on poll trends

The rest of the 578.000 members of PH didn’t give a st but it could be statistically proven that they would have voted for budgie if they had known about the vote

Not so sure. I formed my opinion after listening to the whole of Geoffery Cox’s statement in Parliament, the set of circumstances in which N.I. would end up ‘trapped’ and have different arrangements to the rest of the UK seem unlikely. I think he knows a bit about legal stuff.

The alternatives to it, to which would avoid a backstop being necessary, seems to offer such soft Brexits we may as well not bother.

Well that's covered the contents of volume 10 fairly accurately. Wake me up when it's volume 11 please.
