I wonder at what point we'll find out about anyone with adverse reactions to the vaccine.
They will try hard to hide all they can to not put anyone off getting it.
I suppose that would be just another Covid death spin

Pocty
They - or more accurately, we - are going to run into problems post vaccine. EVERYTHING will be a covid death

Every time an old vaccinated person dies in their sleep - covid.

Err no? It’s just a well run development. When you spend 5-20k a year on service charge, you expect something in return.

As an example, when I first moved in I was shuffling things around and trying to make it all fit. I had a clothes rack completely folded up and unused on the balcony, and within 15 mins had an email titled “BREACH OF LEASE”, stating that on a routine patrol they had noticed the rack and it was to be removed immediately, else further enforcement action would be taken.

Management is on top of misbehavior, and as such it’s a a great place to live.
What would the further enforcement action comprise? You do realise, heinous 'though it is to use clothes airers in public, forfeiture of the lease in not really a likely sanction.

Is it £5k or £20k - that’s quite a difference!

Thanks but I’ll keep my nice road in a nice village where it’s not populated with little snitches - a ‘routine patrol’.......sounds delightful.....
It’s per sqft, so of course the SC varies between a studio to a penthouse.
I do hope you’re paying the full £20k so you don’t feel inferior smile

Imagine how degrading it must be like to have those brown shirts wondering around and you’re not even top dog!

Seriously?

Do they wear brown shirts and talk with a bit of an odd accent?

Sounds fun on the plus side you'd feel right at home in an authoritarian dictatorship too so that's good.

How on earth is anything I’ve said parity? Of course there are patrols, why else are we paying for 4 security staff in 8 hour shifts, 24/7? I certainly wouldn’t be happy if they just sat around doing nothing. Typically it’s 2 on CCTV duty and 2 patrolling on foot.

RSTurboPaul did you pull one of your info pics from page 500? I was going to repost it to here but I won't if you found it out to be false info, or you don't want me to.

(The one showing other deaths down and covid deaths up - seemed almost too much of a slam dunk)

Exactly.........

Where on earth do you live where you need to have security not only patrolling 24/7 but another two monitoring CCTV 24/7?

Sounds like a right dodgy sthole to be honest (it’s not Bognor or perhaps East Preston is it?)

East London

I am rather bemused by the reaction here, I thought it was standard in most developments. Certainly has been my experience in HK, SG, and now London, plus friends’ places I’ve visited in NY.

I thought the reason this xmas pass was dreamt up was because the government know they have no hope of enforcing anything truly restrictive. Lockdown is unenforceable without public consent.

If you need to pay that much on security then I'd change job and location. Life is too short.
