Assuming 10,000 geordies were not massed then what is your point ?
Just that, why didnt they?Something's changed- there were 4 separate funerals. That means 4 sets of friends/neighbours/extended families
- It’s an obligation on muslims to try to attend the Janaza prayer for another Muslim if possible
- the notoriety of the case will undoubtedly have encouraged many others to attend

The point is why are 10,000 people going to the funeral of 4 idiots who tried to evade the police and in doing so crashed and died? Would you go to their funeral ?I find it very interesting - this funeral turn out has nothing to do with normal practice in the U.K.
Please try and keep on track - this could have been an exact copy of the terrible recent crash in Birmingham
It’s just luck they didn’t kill any (or many) innocent people in the process of flying through a red light, on the wrong side of the road at huge speed in a restricted area.

You clearly have an opinion so why not just say it ?
The. number people who did or didn’t go had no bearing on the seriousness of what happened or what potentially could have happened.
I get the impression you want people to conclude the turnout is an endorsement of their behaviour.

They're going because the deceased were Muslims. It's what Muslims do. I find it very interesting - this funeral turn out has nothing to do with normal practice in the U.K.

End of.

I wonder how many of the posters that are getting upset about people asking
genuine questions re Muslim funeral practices, are actually Muslims.
Is this like the inevitable "You must be a dealer" retort when somebody gets told that their consumer rights don't extend to their £1k shed needing to be absolutely as-new?genuine questions re Muslim funeral practices, are actually Muslims.

The non Muslim types getting offended on others behalf, and most certainly
without their approval, can just FRO as far as I'm concerned.

The question, that nobody seems to want to answer, is why is a certain type of poster so focussed on the number of people who turned up ?

I'm still confused by why some people think this is a religious or racial issue.
Because PH. I don’t recall some of the mouth frothers having the same reaction to this incident. Not sure why. https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.leeds-live.co.u...
Some kids are mental. That's it really. (Some of their parents are too.)
O/T I was in the car park of our engineering works the other week with the guy who runs our CNC machine section, looking at a sub-station. We passed the car of our newly qualified ex-apprentice and were trying to figure out the wheel/tyre-stretch combo he'd got going on. We discussed it for a minute or two and then, in unison, shrugged and said "kids eh?!"
The other apprentice has arrived at work this morning in an old Ford Transit flatbed with a Ford Sierra banger racer on the back of it...

You'll have to ask " a certain kind of poster " that question, I'm not in a positionThe question, that nobody seems to want to answer, is why is a certain type of poster so focussed on the number of people who turned up ?
to answer for whoever they may be.
As to genuine interest in both the number and gender of those attending, you for one
seem to have a problem with questions. Why is that?

As for “genuine interest” that’s priceless.
