Although I can imagine the viewing bit will be complete even if the offices sections aren't done, as I can imagine they'll want it as another attraction.

however much hotel space there is will be earmarked for IOC bigwigs. it's going to be one of london's flagship hotels, all with a direct view of the olympic park from the east facing windows.

residential and office space can probably wait. i'd imagine the retail bit will be pretty important for this, and the integration to the transport networks.

I'd imagine there's some good money out there for agencies in the 6 months running up to the games.

Gives me an idea...

when you say 'noteworthy' nothing as largescale as this

anything which will be affected by the games or be visited by the tourists the games attracts is being pushed for an april/may 2012 completion date
