What was Coyft saying about how well trump was doing?

The Treasury said net borrowing totaled $488 billion from January through March, a record for that period and about $47 billion more than it had previously estimated,

Yup biggest and most borrowing... Godd job they haven't given money away with say, tax cuts...

Cohen now owes nearly $300K of unpaid taxes on his taxicabs,
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-05-01...

as Cohens tweets revealed he lied about not being able to contact trump which is why the $130K was late getting to the porn star Daniels.
It's claimed he missed two deadlines earlier that month to make the $130,000 payment to Ms. Clifford because he couldn’t reach Mr. Trump in the hectic final days of the presidential campaign, Yet his tweets say he was running tasks for the donald.

Nobody does borrowing better. It's the most beautiful borrowing.

I really do hope that Trump's ego leads him to believe he can go toe to toe with Mueller.

It will make Diane Abbott's interviews look textbook.

I have a funny feeling that as a fair few of those questions are about 2017 Trump will say something like "I can't remember that far back, I have been very busy being the best president ever and the stats back me up, i don't remember every little person who wants to spout fake news about me.."

I hope i am wrong and he is able to explain them all fully and eloquently and prove he has done nothing wrong...but then again, i hope to win the lottery....

IIRC Marco Rubio stated that the tax cuts weren't going to help the average worker (no st sherlock!). However the GOP pushed it through knowing that unless public spending was cut the deficit was going to skyrocket.

At what point are US citizens going to realise that trump has given himself and his mates massive tax cuts and future generations are going to have to pick up the bill?

I thought the tax cuts would be so good for the economy that they would be cost neutral?? Or was that another lie perhaps?

Honestly, standing to greet someone (especially someone you're supposedly paying respect to) was something I was taught as child.

The man is an ignoramus.

I'd love someone to stay seated when he was introduced to them.

Perhaps I'm being naive but why should it cause a ststorm?

Becoming president doesn't make you a deity. Above all mortal laws (despite what Trump believes...).

One good thing that may come from his time in office is that presidents may become more accountable and not have such sweeping powers in future.
The problem arises if they issue a subpoena and he still refuses, claiming it's politically motivated.

As I understand it there's a strong argument that charging a sitting president with a crime might be unconstitutional. The only two ways to remove a president allowed for are impeachment and the 25th amendment (i.e. he's no longer able due to medical reasons). What if he's charged for violating a subpoena but the republican majority decide not to vote to impeach? st storm.

The optics don't look good but context is relevant.

There were a lot of people crowded around Trump so not that easy to stand up.

He would also most likely have met them all initially off camera when they arrived and no doubt was standing at the time before everyone was told what was going to happen aka speech shake hands for cameras etc.

Oh come on F12 - he's seated behind the desk, his symbol of power. The Potus doesn't have room to stand up? Thats the weakest excuse for the donald you've ever given.

Trump dictated 2015 letter his doctor wrote declaring him the “healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency” says letter’s author Dr. Harold Bornstein. “He dictated that whole letter. I didn't write that letter". He was Trump's physician for more than three decades and says his offices were raided by Keith Schiller, Trump's former longtime personal bodyguard and confidant, Trump Organization chief legal officer Alan Garten and a third "large man" who took all of Trumps records.

Discussing these claims, Sarah Saunders said: "As is standard operating procedure, the White House Medical Unit took possession of the President's medical records"

https://edition.cnn.com/2018/05/01/politics/trump-...

Sorry - what was it trump was saying about raiding the offices of someone, taking personal files, reading files of other clients...

Not draining very quickly that swamp.

Not really. It happens with every president ie they get their medical records back for security reasons. What is astonishing is Trump writing his own medical letter.

Donald Trump wrote own health letter, says physician Harold Bornstein http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-43970908

Is that 100% true?

If so, only Trump could fk it up and make something so routine into an issue.
