I think we can all guess who is pulling all the strings, and inspiring all the wokish-outpourings, of this enterprise.

So when is 'he' going to get bored with 'her' and leg it back to the UK ?

He strikes me as so under her spell that as long as she is letting him hop on once a week or so he'll stay around.

It will happen the other way round - when she feels that she has reached peak assets (kids) and Harry has served his purpose he'll be cast aside for a younger more exciting model.

Once America has largely forgotten that Harry was a member of the royal family, or he drops to Edward-levels of recognition, a swap to a big handsome muscley Hollywood Chad seems fairly predictable. Along with sad stories of how hard-done-by she has been all along.

"Alas, she tried so hard to make it work but as a couple they just couldn't escape, She'll always love Harry as the father of her child but it is unfortunately time to go their separate ways."

My money was always on 5 years and I still think I'm on track.

Correct, apart from the children edit. One won't be enough for maximum leverage once it all turns turtle....

Why "Oh dear"? They will get some money and a charity will get some money. That seems good to me.

Not a very Royal thing to do? Have an 'employer' and do regular fixed work. Royals turn up at Radio 4 to guest edit the Christmas Today show.

Yes, they don't want to be Royals, but anything they do will always reflect on the Royal family.

It's fair enough, isn't it. This is the sort of st you have to do when your gran says you can't flog Sussex Royal tea sets to morons.

I remember when my gran banned me from selling Staffordshire Scrote tea sets. I was talking bks on the radio by the end of the week.

That sounds like the Royal Family's problem. Why should they give a st that what they do reflects on the Royal Family now they've decided they don't want to be a part of it?

They're not the first and probably won't be the last. Didn't Prince Edward have a job as well?

I'm not sure that is a shining example to lean on...
