The bag she used on their first public engagement is sold out, order for March.

Anything she is seen in, sales will spike.

Do not underestimate the British publics insatiable appetite for tat.

Princess Michael's racist jewellery is so much more convenient than ruining your bed sheets.

What on earth is 'blackamoor brooch'? I have no idea what the significance of this is:

Why do people always treat non-sentient objects as though they are capable of being racist? Why don't you ask the brooch for its opinion on Markle, then you'll find out if it's racist.

Alternatively, ask Princess Michael what she intended by wearing the brooch and see if she's racist. Most likely she just liked the look of it.

Why's she apologising, then? Did Markle herself take offence? Probably not. Just the usual twitter rent-an-outrage lot.

not sure how you jump to the conclusion, the issue is no intention, as clearly she wasn't being racist, she probably did like the look, but are massive connotations associated with its history.

Everything is racist. Or sexist. The brooch was a figure of a man, and Prince Harry is a man, so obviously she was being sexist toward him too.

Am I doing this right? I haven't been to university recently so I'm not very good at all this racist/sexist/gender fluid/safe space business...

Never heard of that that style of jewellery before but the queens cousin has a bit of history when it comes to things like this.

I reckon that the choice of brooch was probably about as accidental as the Queen's choice of hat when she trolled Theresa May at Parliament in the summer.

Let's hope the second set of nuptials are a little more low key. However with Andy and Fergie in charge I fear it may not be...
