We have a winner! The barking at the moon hatstand end of christian fundamentalism is quivering with anticipation of the end of the world and at the moment the middle east is now a really good bet for an actual nuclear exchange and/or all-out warfare, so the christian fundies are getting wood at the prospect. Trump's doing the ground work for them, setting up a nuclear arms race in the gulf and encouraging the palestinians to poke the israeli bear with a stick. Eschatolology has a lot to answer for.

The bribery law is still one that applies to a president. Trump is acting like he's immune from all prosecution. In reality he's just filling his pocket.

Interestingly, I once worked with an Israeli Jewish man who was quite critical of his government's actions regarding establishing settlements on Palestinian land and other things. He suggested that a lot of Israelis thought similar. Are they anti-Semitic or anti-Israel?
