We have the fastest growing economy in Europe.
Manufacturing is growing.
Services are growing.
Consumer spending is rising.
The stock markets are up.
Unemployment is down.
What on Earth will it take to convince you that the Brexit vote was anything other than an outstanding success?

6 months is hardly a long enough time frame to gauge it, and we're still in the EU!We have the fastest growing economy in Europe.

The biggest laugh is that the typical brexiteers will be the ones that suffer most hardship. Even the establishment such as Bojo & Farage will do very well on the back of the brexiteers misery
EU now beginning to worry that UK will give Art50 notice on 25th March 2017, the 60th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome. Even to the extent of contacting the UK Govt and asking that they don't spoil the party. Such a shame, but what a hoot.

But then we've got to worry about USA, as Barry O'Brama predicted we're going to the back of the queue, but we like queueing so that's OK.

And people said there was no plan...a jape by Boris, or just coincidence ...

Some sort of causative event. We have the fastest growing economy in Europe.
Manufacturing is growing.
Services are growing.
Consumer spending is rising.
The stock markets are up.
Unemployment is down.
What on Earth will it take to convince you that the Brexit vote was anything other than an outstanding success?

I am a typical brexiteer, we are about to employ 4 more people in our small business. Our European friends cannot wait to leave as well, whats your point again? The biggest laugh is that the typical brexiteers will be the ones that suffer most hardship. There are a few intelligent remainers who actually bring up some interesting points and capable of debate. ///ajd and Jim aren't included in that small group though.

However, I think ajd actually does mean some of the stuff he says which makes the thought of his grief even more hilarious

Do you think it is?
I think it's exactly how you're actingNow we've passed that, my position is pretty clear. I care a lot for my country and if we must Brexit, then I want it to be to our benefit, not our detriment.
I think it is traitorous to let your hatred of Europe overcome your concern for your country's wellbeing. Shouting "Brexit means Brexit" like a huffing simpleton doth butter no parsnips, I'm afraid. Brexit could take many different shapes depending on how these negotiations pan out, but unlike you, I don't think we should just give up and walk away with nothing if things get tough.

It's almost like you're blaming me for the position our government is taking. Now we've passed that, my position is pretty clear. I care a lot for my country and if we must Brexit, then I want it to be to our benefit, not our detriment.

You can either support or oppose Brexit. Either way it will happen. I think it is treacherous to dislike the UK as much as you appear to, but who really cares. I'm just a bloke taking the piss out of another on an Internet forum - nothing we say will make any difference. The only difference is that I voted along with the majority and you didn't.

I wouldn't read a post that contains the words "I care a lot for my country" and take from it that the author hates the UK, for example.
