41 is a mix of positions, but these are ones which flipped to trump (and a few others) that have flipped back.

I meant in terms of flipping, I wouldn't expect all local UK councils to flip to blue/red, but I wouldn't know if 'arbitrary' number was a lot in a specific period.

I wanna look at 538 (took me ages to remember thatsite) but they were fking useless in the 2016 election.
